- No Beach Towels or Beach Chairs are provided
- We can help you obtain ferry reservations
- Check-in time is 3:00pm
- Check-out time is 9:00am
- All renters will be charged a cleaning fee of $250-$325
- Mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee
- A $250 per week security deposit is required
- Sorry - our NO PETS policy is strictly enforced
